At ClothKavyaa, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we do provide a return facility under the following terms and conditions:
Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues (please refer to size charts), or dissatisfaction with the color/design unless the product is defective.
Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, the customer must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video should clearly show the packaging, the process of unboxing, and the damaged area of the product.

The video must be uncut and unedited to serve as valid proof of damage during delivery.
Timeframe:

The return request along with the video must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Approval:

Once we review the video and verify the claim, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Upon verification of the damage, customers will receive either a replacement of the same product or store credit for future purchases.

No cash or online refunds will be processed.
